How do I place an order?
If a product is in stock, click on "Add to Cart". You can then view your Cart in the top right hand corner of any page on the Morrison Mattress website. Click on the cart and then click "Proceed to Checkout". You can then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Can I talk to a real person?
Morrison Mattresses is owned by Best in Beds. We have two stores in NSW, Sydney and Wollongong. If you'd like to talk to a real person, please feel free to contact one of our staff in store on 1300 399 676 during business hours, 7 days a week.
Where can I try the mattresses in person?
Morrison Mattresses is owned by Best in Beds. We have 2 stores in NSW, Campbelltown and Warrawong. If you are in Sydney or on the South Coast please come and visit us in store 7 days a week. Live outside NSW? Take advantage of our 100 Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee.

No sorry, we only deliver our products to Australian addresses.

Shipping FAQs

We send the majority of our mattresses and ensembles via Fedex Road Express delivery. These are delivered directly to the front door of your house or the front door of your apartment building.
How long does it take for my mattress to dispatch?
Products that are in stock and delivered via couriers will dispatch our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive to me?
Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive to your door. It is usually towards the shorter end of the time frame for Capital Cities & Regional centres.
How much does delivery cost?
All mattresses purchased on the Morrison Mattress website come will Free Express Shipping Australia-Wide to your door or the front door of your apartment building.
How do i know when it's being delivered?
As soon as the purchase dispatched our warehouse with Fedex we will send a tracking number to either your mobile or email (depending on your choice at Checkout). You are then able to follow the deliveries progress via Fedex.
Can you take the Mattress inside my home?
As we ship the majority of our products sold through via Fedex we can only arrange delivery to the front door of your house or the front door of your apartment building. If you live in Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gosford or in-between we may be able to assist more as we complete these deliveries with our own vehicles where possible. Do I have to pay anything to return my unopened items?
Unused and unopened mattresses purchase from this website can be returned free of charge within 14 days of purchase. Please call us on 1300 399 676 or email If a mattress has been opened from the packaging it can only be returned via the 100 night comfort guarantee - please see more information at the bottom of this page
